Refund Policy

At Rocky Spikes Volleyball Club (RSVC), we aim to offer high-quality volleyball programs for youth athletes in Coquitlam and the Tri-Cities. We understand that circumstances may change. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, withdrawals, and refund requests are handled.
1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES
We strive to be fair,
consistent, and
transparent.
Program spots are limited
and planning begins
well in advance.
Refund decisions are
made in accordance
with this policy.
Each request is reviewed
with care and respect.
2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refund requests may be considered when submitted more than 7 days before the program start date. Approved refunds are subject to any applicable administrative and non-refundable payment processing fees. Refunds are generally not available within 7 days of the program start date or after the program has begun, except where a documented medical circumstance is reviewed and approved by RSVC.
3. REFUND SCHEDULE
• More than 7 days before the program start date: Refund requests may be considered, less any applicable administrative and non-refundable payment processing fees.
• Within 7 days of the program start date: Refunds are generally not available, except where a documented medical circumstance is reviewed and approved by RSVC.
• After the program has started: Refunds are generally not available for missed sessions, partial attendance, withdrawals, or schedule conflicts.
4. MEDICAL EXCEPTIONS
Refunds may be considered where a documented medical circumstance prevents continued participation. Supporting documentation may be requested. Each request will be reviewed individually by RSVC, and any approved refund may be subject to applicable administrative and non-refundable payment processing fees.
5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund, please email info@rockyspikes.com with the athlete’s name, program name, reason for the request, and any supporting documentation, if applicable. Requests will be reviewed individually and RSVC will respond within 7–10 business days.
6. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
• Registration and administrative fees are non-refundable.
• Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
• RSVC apparel, merchandise, and other non-program purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
7. POLICY CHANGES
RSVC may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version will be posted on our website with its effective date. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect rights that have already arisen under applicable law.
