Welcome to Rocky Spikes Volleyball Club based in Coquitlam, BC. By accessing or using our services, website, or participating in our youth volleyball programmes, you agree to the following terms. Please read them thoroughly and contact us if you have any questions.

1. Eligibility

Our youth volleyball programmes are open to children and teens aged 6 to 17. Parents or legal guardians are required to complete the registration process on behalf of minors.

2. Registration & Payment

All players must complete the online registration form. Payment is required to confirm your child’s spot in the programme. We accept major credit/debit cards through our secure payment gateway.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are available up to 7 days before the programme start date, minus an administrative fee. After that, no refunds will be issued, except in cases of documented medical emergencies.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to show respect, inclusivity, and sportsmanship during training, matches, and team events. Bullying, harassment, or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.

5. Safety & Insurance

Our coaches are certified and trained in first aid. We carry liability insurance, but parents are responsible for ensuring players have valid medical coverage. All injuries must be reported immediately to staff.

6. Privacy Policy

We collect and store personal information in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy. Data is used solely for club operations and never shared without consent.

7. Media Consent

With consent, photos and videos taken during club events may be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media. Parents can opt out by notifying us in writing.
